Ok, I will changing the yellow cartridge, thanks. The yellow printheads are from about 3 diffent suppliers so I dont think its a bad batch.
I also didnt realise I could claim back on the warranty of the printheads, oh well I have thrown most of the old ones away, so will keep that in mind for the future.
