Maybe ink, but if a new Cartridge doesn't solve it, look for hardware defects. Yellow is the first PH, LC is the last, might be headcrashes, what are you printing on? is it very thick? Otherwise check your carriage height (or have someone to do it). The heads are prefilled, maybe you're just printing them "empty" without any ink coming through the tubes. Are the failed ones noticeably lighter than the other ones? If so, check the tubes for air, if there are bubbles, mark their position with a pen, and check if they move when you print. You're looking at a new ISS and, if you're at it, tubes. If the PH aren't lighter, check the service station, the capping might be faulty.
