I need help with my HP Designjet 110 plus. I have Win XP and trying to
print posters that are 17x 22 however, my printer is cutting off the
images on the far left side of the page if you are facing the printer.
I have reinstalled drivers and changed computers and even gotten a
replacement printer and it does the same thing but worse. I have
played with all types of paper sizes and if its small than 17x 22 it
prints fine. Sometimes it will print the first page no problem and
then the next pages will get cut off. Restarting it didn't help
updating firmware didn't help. Do you have any idea why it is doing
this, I have gone through phone support with HP and they don't know and
I have changed margins and everything. The test page prints fine and
so does pages that are letter size but when they are changed to ANSI C
17x22 then it starts cutting the image off. I also noticed that if I
just type a whole document with small text it prints fine but when I
add large text or images then it starts to print sometimes a third of a
page and sometimes half and sometimes three forths. I think I'm going
crazy!! We have a machine we can't use, PLEASE HELP!!
