What software are you printing from ? My first step on ANY printing problem is to print using QImage. It has no printing bugs that I've ever encountered w/ any printer. Whereas Adobe products, for example (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) have many bugs printing w/ many printers in my experience.
