Doug, That HP paper is evil stuff - it seems to have a mind of its own, and it doesn't help that HP insists on putting it on such a tight roll (my second gripe is that I have to trash (well, use for something other than a print that would go to a customer) the last several feet of each roll because it gets a repeating "divot" in it from end of the paper on the roll). I can reverse roll the stuff, but it still doesn't seem to hinge mount well after that.
I tried a lot of different methods - while a number of things seemed to work on smaller prints (rollataq, the xyron product, etc.,), the only thing I tried/found that works reliably on larger prints is that 3m product - Positionable Mounting Adhesive. - its kind of time consuming to use, but it seems to do the job. Just my .02 - I'm sure somebody has a better solution now - I just stopped looking after finally finding something that worked...
