Sorry you are having more problems..

Lets try this, install "net-snmp-utils" and then run this command:

snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 <IP.OF.PRINTER.HERE> 
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.1.1.7.0

What is the result?  This will tell us if snmp is working correctly.
