Did you set up a hpfax backend for the fax queue?

Can you please run tail -f /var/log/messages, then try to fax and post
the output? as well run hp-sendfax -g and post a little more of the log.

I've tested the OfficeJet 7410 and haven't had any problems faxing with
ubuntu dapper.
