Dear Aaron,

Sorry again but I need your support, I can print from Firefox and
Thunderbird but I CAN'T print from several programs (I'm using KDE). I
follow your instructions and now I'm sending you the error message when
I want to print a file from Kpdf (between others programs) and also the
Cups error log and messages log, following your request:

1) Error message:

An error occurred while retrieving the printer list:

Connection to CUPS server failed. Check that the CUPS server is
correctly installed and running. Error: localhost: read failed (15).

2) alex:/var/log/cups# tail -f error_log
