Am presently running 1.7.4a and am wondering if I should upgrade to 2.7.6, and if so should I also install the patch. I'm running Ubuntu 6.06 at present but intend to upgrade to 7.04 soon. Should I wait until my system upgrade to install 2.7.6? Or will it be OK to install hplip 2.7.6 and then in a few weeks upgrade my OS?
