Yes, that is the correct mapping (to deskjet 5600).
I will get the ppds verified.

Sorry, but I just forgot to reset that setting when I copied out the ppd
from the 2.7.7 version, which defaults to A4.  I had set it Letter when
testing.  I have found the exact setting causing the problem by some
testing.  The correct diff follows:

Since all the other changes from the driver that worked correctly seemed
trivial, i.e. paper sizes, etc., and since this one looked most
promising to test, I just changed the 5600 to the 5550, and the cups
test page printed out correctly as well as the document form I first
noticed the problem with.  So, the fix, at least for my PSC 2175, is the
above diff
