Can you purge all current jobs and try again. If that fails, can you,
1. Enable debug mode in cups. As root you'll need to edit the file /etc/cups/cupsd.conf Look for LogLevel and set it to debug instead of info or its current value. Save the file. Still as root restart cups. Should be, /etc/init.d/cupsys restart (maybe cups restart). Then try and print a job from anywhere, perhaps the cups web interface. Then post or send me the /var/log/cups/error_log file. 2. Send or post me your /var/log/messages file after step 1. Then we'll go from there.
