This would be a good idea. We will probably opt for a supportedKewl,
hsqldb-component.jar, and keep it up-to-date as new versions of the Avalon
framework and HSQLDB are developed.
I'lll create a new CVS module called 'hsqldb-avalon' and move the code from Apache to there.
It will not affect the build of hsqldb itself, but may do a relative address to it for the sake of a build
