That's fine Paul, please go ahead. Once you've finished committing let's
check against HSQLDB 1.7.1 and if everything is fine, we'll mark the module
with an appropriate tag.

I'lll create a new CVS module called 'hsqldb-avalon' and move the code
from Apache to there.

It will not affect the build of hsqldb itself, but may do a relative
address to it for the sake of a build
