We are currently set up to index each site into a separate database and
merge them together (one at a time) as we index new sites. Once we got to
about 35 sites, the merging process began to fail. I cannot tell if it is do
to the qty or the size but it wont merge even a small site (only 2 pages
indexed). Although after re-initializing the merged database and re-merging
the sites (all at once) it successfully merges the same sites and fails all
the rest.
