AUUAGGHHGH!!! I feel really stuped now. I found the problem. I went to check
the config file and lo and behold the command line in my script didn't have
the -c preceding the config file location. I put that in and it worked.
Sorry for the wild goose chase and thanks for helping me work out my
blindness.
