Both features exist in 3.2.0b3, but both still need work.  Actually, the
phrase searching does have a simple but important bug fix in the latest
CVS snapshot of the htdig-3.2.0b4 development code.  The collections
feature works, but is very poorly documented right now.  You can search
through the htdig mail archives for discussions about collections to
get some more information about it.
