These look like files. If they're actually directories, then the
redirect is from:
http://www.kingsnake.com/forum/rearfang/messages ->
http://www.kingsnake.com/forum/rearfang/messages/
Note the trailing slash. In local URLs, there are no redirects, esp.
when you've specified local_urls_only. So it assumes that there's a
file forum/rearfang/messages. No "messages" file and it'll move on to
the next URL.
