Yes, it makes sense--sorry I didn't get your drift earlier.

You'll have to edit the code. In the 3.1.x code, you'll want to edit
htdig/Document.cc and change the ports. If you're using the 3.2.0bX
series, you'll need to edit code in htnet/HtHTTP.cc.
