I haven't found any patches related to what might be causing this.
However, this does provide incentive to upgrade to OpenBSD 3.1 (which i
have been avoiding since it's release by the way.. ;-).
Thank you for your time and effort in trying to solve this issue. I still
am where i started but you did give me some things to think about.
It could be an issue with the 3.0 release or otherwise a problem with
Apache. I will upgrade both to the latest releases asap.
