Should we start making aliases for hosts:
www.<ISO COUNTRY CODE>.htdig.org, ftp.<ISO COUNTRY CODE>.htdig.org?

examples:
        www.us.htdig.org  --> evoke.com
        www.fr.htdig.org  --> europeanservers.net
        www.nl.htdig.org  --> opdenbrouw.nl
        ftp.us.htdig.org  --> evoke.com
        ftp.fr.htdig.org  --> europeanservers.net
        ftp.nl.htdig.org  --> opdenbrouw.nl
