Actually, I moved all htdig.org DNS a couple of weeks ago (after all the
problems we kept having...)  It is no longer in the hands of Evoke
Communications.
As far as I know, the current DNS servers have been stable for the last couple
of years.  (Current uptime for the primary is 67 days...)

I am perfectly willing to add a secondary that is physically elsewhere from
the primary.  Any takers?

(BTW, if there were any outages this weekend, please blame it on AT&T... 
There was a major outage at AT&T that caused large parts of San Diego to have
no connectivity...)
