It is a nearly impossible thing to do.  Don't think about *simple* frames,
but about *nested* ones (and yes, I did this.. *shiver*).  Tracking down
the whole stuff is nearly impossible - it might even be, that the result
needs another index document that the current (but with the same target
names).  In that case you'll first have to load the new index with all
of the corresponding frame parts _before_ getting to the real target of
the search.

Give me an example what to do in order to get frames working with a
robot - I'll probably be able to give you a proof that it won't work
as expected (remember, it will have to work in the most horrid cases!).
