  • Mall Easter Bunny gets in fight

MADISON, Wisconsin -- A shopping mall Easter Bunny who had removed the head part of her costume had a scuffle with her assistant on Tuesday.

"Her assistant pushed her and she fell over her head," said a police department spokesman. "The Easter Bunny then got up and punched her assistant a couple of times."

    Radio station contest gets messy

TRENTON, New Jersey -- A radio station contest that asked listeners to mail in raw eggs got a little out of hand earlier this week.

WMMR came up with the idea to coincide with the Easter holiday. But it also happened to be tax time. Had listeners followed the exact instructions for packaging perishable goods, all would have been fine. Instead, postal workers had to sort through about a dozen yolk covered pieces of mail, including tax returns.

Paul Allen grows up, forms rock band?

So what does an ultrasuccessful baby boomer do after creating a business empire? If he's Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft, he does what many a midlifer wants to do: He forms a rock 'n' roll band.

It seems Allen, 47, and his buddies have a group called -- aptly -- Grown Men, and they've just released their first album. The self-titled debut began selling Friday on the Internet.

Oprah's employees still can't talk about certain things

CHICAGO -- Oprah Winfrey might tout the First Amendment when she's battling Texas cattlemen, but the talk show host apparently wants her employees -- current and former -- to keep quiet about her.

Employees of the parent company of Winfrey's production studio, Harpo Inc., are barred from talking or writing about Winfrey's personal or business affairs and those of her company -- for the rest of their lives.
