If someone is using an old JRE for compatability purposes, then they
should be satisfied with the previous HttpClient as well. 1.5 does not
seem to be a compelling step up so I'd suggest 1.4 be the target
platform for HttpClient 4.x It is also nice that they both have '4' in
their version numbers <grin>.
