Might be less work.
If I recall correctly, the reasons we got out of Commons were mainly
that we needed our own infrastructure. The (back then Bugzilla) issue
tracking didn't fit our artifact versioning practice. The mailing lists
had too much traffic. I want to avoid going "back" there.
