It turns out to be a decimal notation problem. Due to the extra verbosity
Tim built in, I recognised the error.  I switched my system from dutch
decimal notation to american decimal notation, rebooted it and restarted
Hugin: Now Celeste does a very nice job in the Gui.

i suppose this decimal notation issue can be sloved quite easily.
