Currently you need to process them per bracketed set. I'm thinking of two kinds of batch mode: - Drop a directory onto ImageFuser containing several sets and let them process automatically using standard settings. - Work the enfuse preview part, save it as part of a batch job, move on to to the next set, and so on, and so on. When you're finished with all your image sets, you start the big batch run (as align_image_stack takes a long time).
