Bruno already pointed you in the direction to dig for the proposal. Did you build Hugin on your computer? You need to submit a simple patch against a recent Hugin SVN version to show that you have the tools and basic skills that it takes to be successful on this project. Because the application deadline is April 3, I recommend that you first submit an application on Google's webapp and then work as fast as you can on setting your tools and providing a simple patch. We will be accepting patches after application deadline.
