Hugin runs from a stick even without admin right on Windows XP. I've tested it. Copied the intalled Hugin folder to a stick from my computer. Went to another computer and logged in on an user account with no admin rights. It runs without questions and problems. Only it gives some traces in the registry as Bart van Andel mentioned. Even file association is then created in the registry.
