Thanks for your replys. @Henri Chevallier: I'm happy that you support my idea. To illustrate exactly what I want and what makes sense, I'd need the "distance" column which is in the control points list in text format (no drag and drop possible and not in the .pto-file). The final result will/should be a colored matrix showing at once how good/bad all pairs are linked.
