No,
In principle, these parameters define the camera position. It should
allow you to move your camera slightly between shots. It won't help
with parallax errors (yet), but it should allow slightly better
matching between the 6 shots from the panohead-on-tripod, and the
straight down shot. If anything try to optimize ONLY XYZ on the
downshot...
