Solved! As the author of this post, Control Point Detectors now working.
The error was mine. I had all installed correctly, but did not identify the need to press "Create Control Points" button under the second tab, "Images". If So it was a rather simple oversight. As for from there. not having much sucess in terms of when it comes to creating panorama, getting errors and failing when it comes to last stage. Have saved a few error report files. I think that requires a fresh post with a fresh topic.
