honestly, i guess ptgui will have no problem stitching that many images. i've certainly thrown more files at it (an order of magnitude more) it sounds like your problem is that the images are not from a single viewpoint, or containing really similar features. Basically, everything John Houghton says, you should listen to, he's usually right about everything ;-) that said, i'm happy to give it a shot myself (i like a challenge) if you want to send the files. if you still have problems uploading files, contact me offlist and i'll give you an ftp address.
