The VPN to my Linux server is down, so I can't test my (re-created) changes right now, but if anyone's desperate to try, I've uploaded a replacement maskpyramids.cpp at http://horman.net/multiblend/maskpyramids.cpp
It compiles with VC++ so I know there are no "mistakes", but I can't be sure I've made all the same corrections I made to another copy earlier today, which got it working with -O3.
