Any ideas anyone? I have the same problem at the moment. I run an Acer laptop using vista with 3gb of ram and also plenty of HD space. I use the 4.0 version and also the 2.0, both with similar problems. To make panoramas I need to format my computer to avoid crashes. After re-format I might get a couple of days before crashes occur. This occurs as Alex 656 said after loading images. Also I've had problems after steps 1 + 2 and when I press Create Panorama the GUI stitcher crashes. Also when I try to expand the preview of the image it crashes. Therefore the only way I can make panoramas is to work blind pressing create panorama without looking at the preview and then only immediatly after format. I love this software and want to avoid reformatting every couple of days.
