I have a "gigapan" setup. Part of the construction should've been
a bit more sturdy, so it is a bit flexible.

Most of the camera leans out to the right side.
One of the stepper motors in on the right side of theconstruction.

So my setup has more weight on the right side and ls a bit too
flexible. The result is that the camera leans 1 to 2 degrees to the
right.

What is "small deviation"? Does that include the 1-2 degrees? In my
test image, it found none of the real vertical lines, but only the
leaning pipes and sticks.

        Roger.

The plan was simple, like my brother-in-law Phil. But unlike
Phil, this plan just might work.
