Hi All,

I've long used Hugin for creating panoramas but wondered if someone could
offer advice for a slightly different scenario.

I work in a university science department where we take multiple images of
plants as they grow. The images are taken with different cameras
(IR/Vis/Flor etc) and despite
our best efforts, the lenses and the physical shapes of the cameras result
in images that are slightly rotated/zoomed/shifted relative to each other.

When we analyze the images we like to use one camera image as a mask for
the others. But this only works if the images have been corrected to
optimally
align to each other. I'm looking for a software solution that can do this
well and wondered if a custom script with the hugin components might be
worth trying?
We wouldn't want to get the merge of the images, just the individual
images adjusted relative to each other. Has anyone tried something like
this or have any other recommendations?

Thanks!
