It's not a bug. It has to do with ICC profiles in your images. You do use that as I saw from your frame-01.jpg. Then you need to use the -c option.

If no ICC profile is present, Enblend will assume that the image uses the sRGB color space. The difference between this option and Enblend's default color blending algorithm is very slight and will only be noticeable when areas of different primary colors are blended together.
