Builds almost out of the box with FreeBSD. As with previous versions,
I need this patch to allow builds to proceed:

   --- CMakeLists.txt~  2016-01-24 20:16:54.000000000 +1100
   +++ CMakeLists.txt   2016-02-29 14:04:08.376365000 +1100
   @@ -2,11 +2,6 @@
    # require at least cmake 2.8
    cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.8.12 FATAL_ERROR )

   -# prevent in-tree building
   -if("${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}" STREQUAL "${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}")
   -    message(FATAL_ERROR "In-source builds are not allowed.")
   -endif()
   -
    if(COMMAND cmake_policy)
      cmake_policy(SET CMP0003 NEW)
    endif(COMMAND cmake_policy)

Packages available if anybody is interested. I won't commit this to
the ports tree, but the release version will follow quickly.
