It is also a side effect of moving the selection code from the mouse down to the mouse up handler. I had to revert this change. I found no way to fix all these issue. I tried the fix the issue with selecting and moving cp in another way in changeset 577d2a6299ff. Please test it. Hopefully it works now better and does not break something other.
