I used to work for the generators, though not transmission very much.
Go ahead with your ideas- but the leakage of power currents doesn't
have any connection with neutral line data packets, afaik.
More to do with imbalance between phases which has been there 50 years
now- and longer.
I know John has a strong liking for the implication of power lines in
hum.
