OK guys - Seems like my suggestions are not going to even get off the ground so I'll call it quits.
I have been out there doing spectrum analyses for over a year. Assembling data. Checking on electrical utility 40MHz BPL projects. Filing formal complaints as of the "data collection complete stage" in October 2011. I have all the information required to put "them" to the wall. Yes it's acoustic - It's in the dBC range - Not normally investigated and "they" know it. Yes it's in your house wiring. Yes it's 24/7 and Power Density(ed) way out there (as in: Everybody is pickled in it, or will be). Yes it's widespread (as in: Everywhere there are 7200-138KV lines). But, if you want to argue sticks, string, metal bars and armchairs you go ahead - I'm outta here.
