Yes it's been around for a long time. Humans have been around for far
longer.

Bottom line is this - You (and everyone else that hears this junk) are
a dBC Receptor. That is, you have bBC range of hearing. Nothing
strange or weird about that. Lots of people do. In my career as an
elctrcical/electronic/automation engineer, I could tell if electrical
equipment was in-tune simply by listening to it with my dBC "gift".

You will find the in the USA dBC (low-frequency sound/vibration) is
regulated by the FCC at -20dBC (the minus sign means emission, which
is what this is). Question your Environmental Department and other
gov. agencies. I have contact name at your EP that was dealing with
the hum in Windsor, ONT if you want it (Said that before) It's an ISO
regulated thing too.

Now BPL/B-PLC is rolling out big time. I'm working on it.

I believe that I've stated ALL of the above in a post here somewhere
(The Hum Busted - Part 3 maybe). Does anybody read this stuff? That's
probably why no headway has been made on killing this hum thing in the
past - Everybody sits around moaning about it and doing their own
thing. I asked people on this forum if we could get organized on it
right at sign-up and recieved no response.

I have been jumping all over the FCC this morning trying to get them
moving........ we shall see.
