Um Nicole - Many have NOT concluded that it is the result of BPL emissions. I have nailed this thing down to BPL/B-PLC emissions, everyone and every "expert" has missed (or has been paid to miss) it, and I am now tackling it and informing others. You will get nowhere going at this "thing" from the noise angle; others have tried and failed at the legal level.
Be careful of what you say and do, you may get the exact opposite results to those that you aim to acheive. For instance, a Washington, D.C. Cicuit Court ruled that Americans are NOT entitled to a healthy and pollution-free environment after a legal team sued the State over ground-based RADAR microwave emissions. This "thing" is BIG, it's backed by a $Trillion or more, is global, and is being covered up at the government level worldwide. Email signatures are NOT legal BTW and that's another stiicking point on the legality side of things here. There are already MANY online voices, all are being watched by "them", and none of them get anywhere in any of their menial and miniscule efforts because they don't have PROOF. As I wrote yesterday, before any steps are taken you need 100% irrifutable evidence and proof that what you SAY is occurring is actually occurring. You have to get your act together. Slow down, assimilate the imformation on-hand, and think about the BIG picture please. It took me over a year to nail this thing down .... and I KNOW this stuff.
