Possibly, more to do with the soil [ & rock?] density than any chemical 
inputs John!
Very few , if any, report with 'off the ground' experience with Hum though 
we do know [annecdotally] that concrete walls and roofs tend to worsen 
things nearer the ground plane.
Did someone post experience of hum reducing whilst flying?
Vague memories of something a while back...
