Hi Barry I admire your tenacity. I too have noticed an association with the moon. The moon ,of course, affects planetary cycles and the oceans and the propagation of sound and vibrations in the ground. The moon can be used for radio wave moon bounce but the attenuation is massive
The only other thing I could suggest is that some countries transmit ELF/VLF signals to their navy submarines at different phases of the moon.
