Hi all, Ignore my comment about the distribution of voices being wrong on the C/G version of this piece. I was thinking in terms of the low chanterelle on my instrument, where that is the case. For the regular tuning, they play an octave about where I transcribed the piece, and would actually sit perfectly with respect to the piano part.
I just posted another Satie piece arranged for piano and C/G gurdy in the files section: His Gnossienne #3. This one is transcribed and arranged for gurdy in C minor and works best without drones in this case. -Arle --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hurdygurdy" group.
