Hear hear, David! And congrats, you Folk College guys, for getting gurdies
going there this year. Keep building on it!

Mitch,

I'm glad you and Scott talked about Lark Camp. It helps make my point
that there is more out there than we all may know about. Everyone on
the list needs to broadcast and promote any HG-freindly events they
may know about. It's to everyone's benefit to piggy-back on an
existing event - it brings in more attendees to the event (more cash
in the coffers), and we don't have to do all the legwork of creating
an event from scratch (finding a location, arranging permits,
reserving accomodation, etc., etc... ) This is what I was lucky
enough to find in Folk College and Folk Gathering which look like
becoming premanent events here in the East, because I took the
initiative to promote it on the list, and follow up with everyone who
showed an interest.

Let's start promoting what's out there!
David.
