Not quite. The SU700 and A3000 might have the same FX and filters, but
they're actually quite different boxes in their setup and the way you use
them. The A3000 is an allround sampler, the SU700 is based on sampled loops.
But anyway, on the Musik Messe in Frankfurt, March this year, I saw a Mijk
van Dijk (pretty well-known DJ in Europe) do a demo of the RM1x linked to
the SU700. Pretty inspiring. And convincing. I immediately knew I wanted to
have a RM1x. Dunno about the SU700 though.
