I trust you've studied the manuals, at http://www.yamaha.co.uk/eurohome/library.htm
Should give you the best view of what it can do without being able to play one.
I find that with complex devices like this, just having a play on one doesn't
necessarily help as it can be difficult to work out how to do things.
